OUR WARRANTY

WE PROVIDE OUR OWN HIGH-END SERVICE WARRANTY TO ENSURE COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. OUR WARRANTY WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUB-ZERO, WOLF AND COVE PRODUCT WARRANTIES FOR TOP OF THE LINE COVERAGE ON ALL YOUR REPAIR NEEDS.

OUR WARRANTY

Out of warranty customers (COD service calls) will enjoy a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on parts.

Appliances 20 years or older will have a 60-day labor warranty and 1-year warranty on parts.

*We reserve the right to require a signed agreement prior to service for products over the 20-year lifetime expectancy of Sub-Zero Group Inc. products

Cleanings/maintenance include a 30-day labor warranty.

This warranty applies for all parts except for cosmetic damage, electronics, and glass cook tops. High-End Service will also honor the same part failure if the customer had the original factory part replaced by another company. Additional fees may apply for labor and receipt is required.

*Non-Residential Appliances, such as Outdoor, Marine and Mobile Home/RV installed appliances, do not qualify for this warranty. All service calls are subject to a diagnostic or trip charge. This warranty does not apply to Broan Best appliances.

* Seniors and US Military are eligible to receive 10% off parts and labor. Some exclusions apply.*
